Privacy and KVKK notice
Who we are
This website, pwrventure.com, is operated by Power Ventures İnternet Çözüm Hizmetleri A.Ş., İçerenköy Mah. Çayır Cad. Bay Plaza 5/13, Ataşehir, Istanbul, Türkiye (Kozyatağı Tax Office 7231645628, MERSİS 0732164562800001), the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR. What we collect
The site itself sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) to deliver and protect the site. When you email us, we keep your message and contact details.
Why and on what basis
Server logs are processed to run and secure the service (legitimate interest, KVKK art. 5/2-f). Messages you send are processed to answer you and, if you are pitching, to evaluate a possible investment (your request and our legitimate interest, KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f).
Sharing and transfers
Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. and email by our email service provider; data may be processed outside Türkiye by these providers under their contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data. We may share pitch material with PATH, our parent company, for evaluation.
Retention
Server logs are kept by Cloudflare for its standard period. Messages and pitch material are kept for up to two years after the last contact unless a relationship continues.
Your rights
Under KVKK article 11 you may ask what data we hold, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). Under the GDPR you have equivalent rights including data portability. Write to hello@pwrventure.com; we answer within thirty days.
Changes
We update this notice when the site or our processing changes. The date above shows the current version.
